Karl's room

The property is very well maintained, the apartment is very spacious, high ceilings, it is a two bed two bath set-up, comes with all appliances. I do currently have furniture, flat screen TV in living room, dishes, all the necessities. Water, sewer and trash are included in rent. Gas, electric and WIFI are not included.

I am a graduate of Ferris State University, class of 2020. Overall, I am pretty quiet, especially at first. I do, however like to have friends over a few times a week, we usually grill out and drink. I respect boundaries, and am a pretty clean individual. I do plan on getting a dog, so I am looking for someone that is able to help take care of him/her.
