I have A studio share situation it’s very comfy and clean. Me I am a certerfied personal trainer at planet fitness. I do not smoke or drink judge and lastly I have no rules but cleanliness and mutual respect. I do not have company over but you could if you like. Cats are welcome dogs hmmm 🤔maybe not. I have cable tv and hot spot to share. You cook ,sleep meditate ,work out or what ever my home is your home. You come in any time mo curfew.I have no problem sleeping or waking up. About you just be friendly clean and respectful we are all different I do not judge. Just be sincere!
