My roommates and I are looking for a fourth person (female) in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment (it would be 2 people sharing each room). The apartment is conveniently located 1 block from USF (a 5-7 minute walk). With a walk score of 96. The room comes furnished with no additional cost. In the room, there are two twin beds, there’s closet space and one dresser. There’s in-apartment laundry and a dishwasher. Rent: $850 August Rent (Prorated): $559.50 Deposit: $1750 Utilities included: Trash Sub-Lease term: August 10th, 2021 - July 30th, 2022. It’s a year-long (12 months) sub-lease and we’re only looking for someone who can sign for the enter duration.

You would be sharing the room with another person who is a senior and finance major at USF. We’re all students and friends so it’s a fun environment. We’re all open to communication, all of us are seniors, and we are super respectful of personal space.
