Three year old home in subdivision off Hwy 29 in Georgetown. (I am the homeowner and live at the residence). Three miles from Wolf Ranch shopping center and Interstate 35. Five miles from Georgetown Square.

Furnished room $750 1st of the month, $200 for utilities the 15th of each month. Double bed, Smart TV, dresser, night stand, lamp, closet, and overhead fan with lighting fixture.

Shared bathroom with another female (outside of bedroom). Shared additional closet (outside of bedroom). Security system with personal passcode. Street parking for 1 vehicle. Kitchen access (dishes/glassware/cookware). Washer and dryer access. Walking trails in neighborhood w/in 5 minute walk of residence. WIFI. water/trash/electric. Professional housecleaning every 4-6 weeks.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: Female student or professional. No pets. No smoking or drugs. No overnight guests.
