Sunny private bedroom available in beautiful, spacious 2 story home in Ewa Beach. Central AC & laundry onsite. Ideally for young person/ single adult that enjoys laid back and respectful environment. Very safe neighborhood and walking distance from shopping center with grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc. The rent would be 800 plus utilities. There is laundry in the garage and one and a half bathrooms for tenant to share. It is a 4 bedroom house and we currently have 1 room open! We all love music, and having some nice relaxing times together. One girl and 2 guys right now so another girl would be nice. The two guys are in the military, really chill and great to hang out with. I am the girl and one of the guys is my brother- I am more of a full-time musician so I am in the house a lot until I randomly travel. We Zalsohave a very sweet Dalmatian puppy.
