I live in 3 bed 2 bath house and I have a furnished room for rent available by Nov 1st in Norview, Norfolk area. All roomates are female military, thus I prefer professional, student, or military female. $650 a month, at least 6 months lease. With a $350 non-refundable security deposit. All utilities included.

I prefer someone who is a non smoker and who knows how to clean after themselves. No pets please. At least six months lease.

Outside shoes/slippers are not allowed inside the house. There are house slippers provided to be worn inside the house or you can buy your own if you prefer. As long as you take off your shoes by the door.

Also, house is surrounded with security camera and in the common area.

We are all in the military. All females. All active, age range between 19 to 25 years of age. Very friendsly.
