This is actually a large 2 BR/ 2BA apartment shared with single male PGA Producer/ SAG Actor who works bi-coastal. You will have your own private bedroom & bedroom. I travel quite a bit and in fact am already booked to be out of town at least 3 – 4 months next year. You will essentially have the entire apartment to yourself in terms of privacy while only paying ½ the rent! Main feature is a large studio space with green screen & access to full production equipment including full lighting & sound package. Dimensions of main part of studio are 20’ x 13’, but the total shooting area is almost 500 square feet. A great space for taped auditions or video submissions. This large space could also be set up as a movie or screening room.

Private bedroom features a large closet, mirrors, & shelving. Room is cable ready if desired to pay for cable or satellite service. Apartment is set up with a new NetGear wireless router to access super high-speed internet for just $33/ month. There is very low turnover in this building with some of the residents having been here for 10 – 15 years. It is a VERY QUIET building in terms of the structure as well as all of the residents who live here. There is also a background check (State law) as the building is located just down the street from a school which requires ALL the residents in the building and the immediate neighborhood must have clean BG records.
