I’m looking for a roomate to help me get on my feet. You will have your own room but we will share a bathroom. The landlord is very flexible with what we do. She requires a few things, bring her to the dump once a month, if we have people over, not to be loud after midnight, and to shovel during the winter. I am a male 25 years old and work full time. I have a cat, so if you cant work with pets, this won’t work. Sorry. Males and females are welcome. Bills include $1000 for rent, about $100 for electric and internet, and about $600 for food/groceries (guessing that amount). We will split these bills as evenly as possible. If you have furnature we can figure that out, i am flexible with most everything. Respect me and I’ll respect you.
