Private room/shared bathroom in 4 bedroom house in Mar Vista! $1100 rent, + approximately $110 utilities, $1500 deposit. Month to Month! Room measures approximately 10’ X 14’

Location: quick access to the 405 and 10 freeways for commuters, close to restaurants (especially Okonomiyaki in Japan Town), and walking distance to both Ralph’s and Whole Foods! Located in quiet single-family home neighborhood, PLENTY of street parking. Plus a cool neighbor!

Space: Extra storage in the garage. Outdoor space is great for exercise, hobbies, or hosting. Large kitchen, two refrigerators.

The couch in the pictures is free to use, or we can remove it. Plus, of course, we have an in-unit washer and dryer.

Four bedrooms, one is shared. All roommates are single guys in 20’s early 30s looking for the same. Been here in LA for a few years, in the house for around 3 years average. We don’t drink, smoke, or crazy party. We love to have a few friends over, and pre-covid we used to host around 10 people for Sunday dinners, hoping to get back to that as we can.
