I live in a two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. There is a shared living room, kitchen and balcony. The property includes a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. There is a garage and driveway included. On the property there is a pool, hot tub, grills, fire pit, gym, office, dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts and children’s playground. This is an ocean view property, one mile walk to the beach, half a mile from Costco, half a mile from Poinsettia Park, one mile from the flower fields and outlets. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. The room is currently occupied but will not be furnished by August. The extra room includes its own full bathroom and two large closets.

I am a 25 year old Behavioral Therapist. I work day shifts and like to relax at night. I have no problem with guests coming over as long as it is not too loud late night. Weekends I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, shopping and going out for dinner/drinks, and having fires on the beach. No drama, must be down to Earth. Must be cannabis friendly as well.
