We’re looking for a roommate in Dorchester! We are 2 men and 1 woman all in our early 20s looking to fill the 4th bedroom for June 1st on a year lease. It’s the second floor of a 3 story building, 1 neighboring apartment upstairs, and a commercial building downstairs with a separate entrance. Building is on a corner and we have front and back doors on the main and side streets. There’s space in the front entryway where we keep our bikes. The place is spacious and renovated with a huge kitchen and living room, 2 full bathrooms, in unit laundry, a roof deck, a private parking lot, and central air. New roommate will be sharing one of the bathrooms with me. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the JFK stop on the red line. Walk to a liquor store, restaurant bar, pizza place, and corner store in under a minute (all on the same corner). Close to Carson Beach and the highway (93 and 3). Really sweet landlady, so rent is really low for the area.

Rent $700 Bills (gas/heat, electric, WiFi) ~$100 (give or take depending on the season)

-Lease date is NOT flexible, there is 1 lease we all sign, so if you want to move in later you’ll still have to sign and pay for June 1. -Lease is 1 year, no subletting and no shorter term leases, so you have to know you’ll be here for a full year -No pets no exceptions -Deposit is first and last month’s rent $1400 -Room is for 1 person only no couples -Room will most likely be unfurnished but common areas are furnished -Room has 2 full sized closets with built in drawers

The 3 of us are super laid back and get along great, all fully vaccinated, we all have friends over whenever and hang out together, 420 friendly but not indoors, 2 of us currently working from home, no pets. Really good vibe in the apartment. Bout to have a hot girl summer on the roof 😎 All gender identities and lack thereof are welcome, Trumpies & boot lickers are not. Just as long as you’re comfortable sharing a bathroom with a woman. Jonny is a city year teacher, Wes does respiratory research in a lab and is about to take the MCAT, and I’m a nanny and studying for the LSAT.
