Garrity's room

The house was recently remodeled when I bought it in 2018. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are new. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a breeze most days. Comfortable house with fruit trees in the front and back + a half pipe in the back yard.

I am a 29 year single male. I am looking to rent rooms out to reliable, considerate, and clean roommates. A goal oriented type person would be the best fit for this house and roommate situation.
