Madeleine's room

Hello everyone! I’m moving out at the beginning of June and am looking for someone to take over one or both of the rooms downstairs. They’re both 700/month not including utilities.

The apartment is a really huge space with two floors, both of which have their own furnished living room. The two roommates live upstairs where the kitchen is, as well as an entrance to the private backyard. The downstairs is empty at the moment and nearly feels like it’s own apartment. There’s a full bathroom downstairs along with a washer and dryer. The living room has a projector also so it’s perfect for movie nights!

If you’re looking for more space, we can definitely discuss taking both rooms and having the floor to yourself (mostly).

The roommates are two guys in their early twenties who are both pretty laid back. They’re both clean and respectful of communal spaces. They’re also pretty social and do enjoy having people over every now and then. And they have a dog who is super sweet and loves people!
