Sharielle's room

This room is only available to females. It’s a small bedroom with a shared bathroom in a 3 level house. There will only be one roommate (me) plus a cat who is incredibly friendly and will most likely become your shadow whenever you are home. The room includes a twin bed and desk. The living space will be shared as well as the washer and dryer in basement. The house is only 15 minutes walking from North Hagerstown High and there is a park in front with a tennis court. Parking is street parking, however, there is a detached garage that opens to an alleyway if you would like to use it it would be an additional $50. Bills will be shared evenly. The maximum stay is at 6 months, but if we get along we can always extend it!

I work early in the mornings so I’m usually out of the house by 5 am and back by 3. I will be honest and say I am not super neat but the living space will be kept clean. Most of the time that I will be home will probably be spent in my room. Honey, the cat, is free to roam the house as she wishes but you are more than welcome to keep your door closed to her. Keep in mind you will hear a lot of meowing as she is a very talkative cat.
