Complex: super quiet complex, 2 pools, fitness center, 2 miles from the beach, parking included, washer and dryer in unit, water/heat/internet are included and electrical costs are split between all roommates.

Furnished option: medium sized bedroom, shared bathroom w/ one other female. 1200/month+Split electrical. Pictured below - only change is the black and white painting will be removed.

Unfurnished option: medium sized bedroom, shared bathroom w/ one other female. 1100/month+split electrical. I do not have a photo yet because the previous owner still needs to move some of their things out of the room. Same size and flooring/walls as the furnished bedroom so you can refer to that picture.

Other info: washer and dryer in unit! I am NOT a smoker, but I am fine with people smoking as long as it’s outside. There’s a spacious screened in patio with furniture so that is a nice area. Soonest available move in date is two weeks. By that time there will be new patio furniture, new wall decor, and fully completed furnishing + appliances in shared areas such as new couch, tv, microwave, etc.
