Antonio's room

Hello,

My name is Antonio, I am renting a recently remodeled room which is now available for viewing and moving in. I do not live in the townhome, you will be living with two other roomies renting rooms in the home. Of the existing roomies, one is in their 60’s, the other is in their 20’s. The room includes a shared bathroom with one other roomie and is located in the hallway. There is ample street parking available. The shared bathroom has new vinyl floor and new bath tub, please see photos provided.

I am looking for an independent, tidy, reliable, respectable, drug-free person. Pets are not allowed, and I am not renting to couples or persons with children, the room is good size but not big enough for more than one adult to live comfortably. My ideal candidate would be month-to-month for 3 to 6 months and then sign a 12 to 18 month lease.

The room has a new vinyl floor, new fan and light fixture, new recessed lights, wallpaper accent wall, and overlooks the patio below. The room is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs. It is one room of a three bedroom townhome. The room includes access to the washer and dryer in the garage. A portable AC unit (pictured) will be provided for individual comfort and temperature preference.

The neighborhood is suburban residential, there is an elementary school next door and a park within walking distance. The Santa Ana River and Anaheim Coves trails are very close for biking and walking. Shopping is within driving distance. There are no pets currently living in the home and no pets are allowed.
