West Elm Street

Beautiful remodeled 2 story house on Camelback road. Less than the 2 miles from the west side loop 101 and 3 miles from I-10. Grand avenue is 3 miles away. Yes this is Maryvale but it is really the “Ole Russian district.” There is a real nice park that meanders up to Westgate that starts across the street. I have not been “messed” with since I moved in, nice neighbors.

I offer a good sized back yard for one small to medium sized dog, (I do not have pets). Behind us is a big well maintained open field “kinda a nice effect”. We are 4 miles from Westgate Entertainment district and about the same from downtown old Glendale. Lots of shopping, entertainment, jobs and businesses in every direction. I spend a lot if time in the Avondale and the Litchfield Park area. Arrowhead entertainment district is 10-20 minutes away depending on the time of day.

You get of course, your own room (with a lock and key) and a “private” bathroom. Anytime access to the work out room, living rooms, downstairs bathroom, kitchen (w/all amenities) - a parking space in the garage. Washer and dryer (we’ll talk). Both porches and the fireplace. I have excellent HVAC. Plenty of parking.

I’m all about security, the house has a security door and a alarm system and I will be upgrading in the near future.

I have only a couple of rules and they are normal and we can discuss them during the interview process. I try to be as laid back as much as possible. I do background check of my own and require a contract. I’m of the school of thought that we are all flawed, I know that I am. So don’t fret! It will all come out in the wash.
