West Boca Raton Townhouse is centrally located, close to shopping, colleges, S County Regional park. 15 minutes to the beach. Nice community with pool, fitness center, grilling pavilion and tennis & pickleball courts. Rent includes all utilities, cable with HBO and Netflix. Room is the master suite, the entire upstairs, with large walk in closet, bathroom and tv. It is totally furnished and decorated, but if it’s not your taste, decor will be removed. Sheets, towels, everything you need. Rental agreement is month to month, with 3 month minimum. Background check required.
