Erick's room

The home is a brand new home just finished in May. The room is 13’9“X12’1“ with a standard closet. Photos are included. A background check, a lease, and $400 deposit will be required before move in. The home is 5-10 minutes from downtown Norfolk and NSU. No pets are allowed (Except for an existing Husky/Lab mix, she’s super friendly).

Existing roommates are 3 single males (all in the military) and a dog. We’re all clean and you must be too. Since we’re all in the military schedule tends to fluctuate. One leaves for deployment in July. If you have any questions or concerns about the roommates feel free to ask.
