Have a three bedroom, looking to rent one out to someone who needs a place. I am military so I work quite a bit. Usually gone all day and home in my room in the evening. I enjoy cooking and meal prep, the gym, hiking. Not a big party person but we are all adults. I will not tell you you cannot have guests or they can’t stay overnight. Just ensure you trust them as much as your family please. Look forward to meeting new people! Bills are cheap. I am paying most of rent and internet. If it’s agreeable I may be willing to pay more of the electricity as well. Depends on what is worked out. Lease will be signed. Thank you.

It is just me, have a son who lives in CA. He might visit around the holidays or I will travel. It varies from year to year.
