It is a 3 bedroom two story house. You’ll have you own bathroom, also the master bed is yours if you want it or there is a bedroom open downstairs or upstairs. Huge yard. Rent includes utilities and the lawn care.

It’s just me, 24yr old female. I work for the state day time hours, I’m a quiet girl. I have a cat. All I ask if pay rent on time, pick up after yourself and you don’t have to love him but be kind to my animal.
