Hey all! I’m looking to fill a room in a 4 bedroom apartment in downtown Hoboken! The building is amazing - it is a 5 minute walk to the path, has a gym, laundry, outdoor patio, 24 hour concierge, and great views of NYC!

Looking for a girl in her twenties who isclean, respectful, fun, and want to be friends/have fun! Need to be prepared to sign by May 30 and move in date would be by July 30! Rent ranges from 1100-1500 depending on room.
