East 5th Avenue

This is a 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor (top floor) with an available bedroom that will have a shared bathroom with one other room. We have in unit laundry and a big kitchen and balcony. The neighborhood is nice and family friendly/safe. Public transportation to downtown/ east and west is very convenient as i have used it myself. Rent price is 750 then utilities will be added. All other questions welcomed.

You would be living with a married couple who occupies the master bedroom and another person who occupies another bedroom which will be using the shared bathroom. There are three people here currently. All are bilingual, hispanohablantes bienvenido.
