All occupants of the home are middle aged, very considerate and respectful working professionals in a chilled environment that blends perfectly with the vibe of the neighborhood which is a mix of young families, professionals, wonderful senior aged residents and students. The home is perfect for the working professional and/or student who requires a great space for relaxation and studies. The owner and his lazy senior cat, and one renter (male), currently occupy the two seperate rooms on the first level and basement of the house. The current renter of the top level will be relocating out of town on June 1 to achieve continued success with her new job opportunity.
