Amanda's room

The house is in FV on the border of HB. Brookhurst and Ellis are the cross streets. It’s a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The rest of the house is furnished and we could fit more furniture if necessary. There is a big front yard and backyard with fruit trees. A large garage makes for great extra storage. Close to the freeway, beach, and shopping. Utilities fluctuate but they are around $150-$250 a month in total (usually the lower end but in the winter it is higher because of the heater). The master has a ceiling fan, large closet, private bathroom and sliding door to the backyard. $1500/month plus utilities. (I need to measure the room, but it is a good size) The landlord will require a deposit and a credit check- she is very nice and reasonable. Lease is for 1 year. I am 33, very clean/neat/organized. I go to school 2-3 days a week and work the other 4-5. I don’t drink/use drugs, and my small+chill dog is here most of the time. When I’m not working or going to school, I go to yoga and spend time with my family and friends. (I am alcohol & 420 friendly as long as it’s light use and not a party 24/7)
