My current roommate is leaving for Europe and then moving in with her partner when she returns next year. As such, there is a vacancy in this amazing corner unit in this luxury, full amenity high-rise.

Available December 1st, current lease runs through the end of March 2019. The apt is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (bathtubs in both); the new tenant’s share of the apt will be $1100 which includes a parking spot in the garage. There is a security deposit and credit check will be required. The bedroom (queen size furniture capable, large closet) is completely unfurnished while the apartment is partially furnished; hopefully you can add your furniture to the apartment to complete the home feel. The high-rise located in Lakeview is an incredible building full of amenities: laundry room in lower level, grocery/liquor store in building, updated gym with new cardio machines and weight machines, Olympic size pool with tanning chairs, grills for bbq-ing in the summer, basketball court, security in both entrances/exits, mailroom, theater & recreation room (rent for a small fee for private parties).

The building is three blocks from the red line and has multiple CTA bus lines right in front and near the building to take you anywhere in the city. Right in the middle of everything Lakeview, Buena Park, Uptown, Lincoln Park has to offer and a block away from the lake (bike and running trail, tennis courts at Recreation Drive). Utilities are very cheap - electric, cable and wifi has never been more than $60 per person per month. I’ve attached a few pics of the apartment. NO live-in couples please.
