I have a two bedroom apartment in downtown Burlington and am looking for someone to take over the lease for the second bedroom this fall. Rent is $850 plus utilities. Washer/dryer and dishwasher included in the building. There’s a small yard in the back and a three season porch. The apartment is the bottom floor of a two story house. The owners renovated the entire building this year, so new appliances, hardwood floors, ceilings and counters! Off street parking available. Two minute walk to the top of Church Street. I graduated from UVM in 2020 with a B.S. in biology. I’m hoping to eventually go to back to school to be a nurse practitioner, but right now am enjoying some time off from school. I work a number of part time jobs as an EMT, contact tracer and an aerial silks instructor! I love to be active and outdoors. I’m a mix of social and introvert. I’m clean, love cooking, drinks, coffee, reading, running, music and dancing and believe all of that can be made better if done outside!
