Our house of 3 neat, kind, hardworking Christian ladies is looking for a 4th female roommate to rent a single room with a shared bathroom for $835/mo (plus about $80 of utilities a month). Room is available starting May 1st for a shared year long lease.
The house is located in Rancho Santa Margarita, close the the RSM lake, community pools, Target, Trader Joes, and Starbucks!
We have a big backyard, sunroom, and lots of shared spaces. The room is unfurnished. Security deposit is required in addition to rent and the landlord will require a credit check. Unfortunately, our lease doesn’t allow pets.
