Renting a bedroom suite and private office in a two bed / two bath Venice Beach house. The space has outdoor dining and living areas with marble floors that flow from inside to out. The house is surrounded by hedges and creates a palm springs oasis right in the heart of Venice, CA.

The bedroom suite and office are rented month to month and are located in its own wing which opens up to the front deck. The shared living space consists of a large living room, study and kitchen which divides both bedroom suite wings. The spaces all open up to outdoor patios. The rear outdoor area has couch seating for 12 around a fireplace, and a dining table that seats 10. The indoor rooms consist of mid century modern and bohemian furniture.

The space is shared with an active 30 and 35 y/o male gay couple and a husky.

Both of us are very laid back, respectful and kind.

Active, into fitness, rollerblading on the beach every evening for sunset, skiing, hiking and yoga.
