Rent includes all utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, and internet), a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and backyard. Peloton bike. It also includes housekeeping twice per month, pest control once per month, and gardening maintenance twice per month.

Room: 11.5’ x 13.5’, ceiling fan, tile flooring, walk-in closet, not en-suite though still private bathroom, bathtub shower, floating double vanity. West facing window with blackout roller shade. Parking on pavers by the driveway (not on the street).

House: Brand new home built in April of 2020 with all the modern amenities of a new home - beautiful kitchen with soft closing drawers/cabinets, new appliances, microwave drawer, walk-in pantry, skylights, tile flooring, floating vanities with LED lights underneath, blackout roller shades, etc. The house is ~2,150 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms.

Backyard: A mix of pavers, synthetic grass, and river rock with a large steel pergola. Underneath the pergola is a new BBQ, dining table, decorative lights, and a hammock for kicking back and unwinding.

Neighborhood: Up and coming with multiple houses rebuilt from the foundation since 2018. The remaining homes are older and slowly being purchased for demolition/rebuild.

Distances:

• 1.9 miles (7 minutes) to Fry’s, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, In-N-Out, Panera, etc.
• 2.6 miles (8 minutes) to the Biltmore Shopping Mall

About the roommates: My name is Dori, I am 28 years old, I graduated from U of A College of Medicine - Phoenix in 2019, and I am doing my residency at Creighton University (St. Joseph Hospital/Valleywise Health). The other roommate is 26 years old in her last year of medical school - she’s very clean, quiet, and pleasant to be around.

Looking for a clean Male or Female tenant who will treat the house as their own. No pets, though fish are ok. Please feel free to call/text me if you’re interested or have any questions.
