Living room and room for rent both have great views looking southwest towards City College, which is within walking distance. Grocery store and 2/3 train are just around the corner. Building has laundry, as well as parking and bike storage for an additional fee. Rent is a flat fee with utilities, air conditioner and internet included. Building is pet-friendly.
This room is perfect for a student looking for summer housing until the dorms open. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly.
About the roomies
We are two female roommates, one student and one young professional. We are clean, quiet, and keep to ourselves, which is what we’re looking for in a third roommate. The building is very friendly, mostly families.
