Hello! My name is Kristina and I am looking for a roommate.

There is one room available for 229 S 22nd Street, located in Rittenhouse Square, Center City, Philadelphia. The property is managed by OCF Realty.

This apartment covers the entire 4th floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full living room, kitchen, washer and dryer.

The lease is for 12 months, starting July 28, 2021. Looking for tenants 21 years and older, for at least 1 year.

Rent is $690 per month, both include water and heat.

Utilities are usually $20-40 a month, and the internet is $33 a month.

I do own a cat, but it stays away from all other rooms aside from mine, and is very shy and friendly.

Tenant swill share one bathroom with one other roommate. The apt features: High-speed internet Washer and Dryer in unit Dishwasher

The location is UNBEATABLE. We are located on the corner of 22nd and Locust, which is minutes from: 30th Street Station Rittenhouse Square Park The Schuykill River Trail UPenn Drexel And two blocks from the heart of Center City

There is a $50 application fee that must be submitted to OCF first, along with a credit/background check before being approved by the property manager.

Security deposit of $665 is required, along with first month’s rent.

I am 33 years of age, work from home for an accounting company. I am very quiet, and easy-going. Looking for easy-going, courteous, respectful, and responsible roommates. I enjoy outdoor biking, video games, and performing opera/piano. I have been fully vaccinated and prefer roommates who have also been vaccinated, but am flexible.
