Pasado Road

A 2 bedroom house with a shared bathroom. A big open living room and a cute kitchen with blue cabinets offer a nice character touch :). There is a little cute dining area as well off the kitchen. We share a garage with the unit next door and have our own washer and dryer on site. We pay for all utilities, excluding trash, and thanks to one of our housemates we have an awesome internet deal! The house has its own fenced-in yard area for space to garden if you’re interested or just a charming place to hang out and relax. Bike rack parking also included. No pets allowed. Overall, it’s a spacious, cute, calm space. There are even two free assigned parking spaces!

Three other ladies will be living in this house who will all be going into their 4th yr at UCSB this fall. Jillian is a double History & Classics major, Kat is majoring in Environmental studies/law with a minor in Philosophy, and Mckenzie is an Environmental Studies & Ecology and Evolution major. We’re all super nice and down to earth but understand/need our personal space & time. We are not neat freaks, but like to attempt at keeping a clean space so we do have a weekly house chore chart (dishwasher included). Our home is a space of acceptance & kindness where we study and play hard!! Super 420 friendly. We’re all about good vibes, fun times, and attempting to get that degree here at the Pasado unit :).
