3 bedroom 2.5 bath. Street parking. Access to house minus bedrooms other than your own. House has office are with TV, living room, dining room backyard (in process of getting done) located in whitney ranch next to college. Bills are included in rent. I have Solar as well.

I am a nurse working full time for Sutter Health. I own the house. My cousin Jake is another tenant. He rents the other room. Good dude. He likes to game. I have one cat, he’s got 2. So you must be okay with cats. They will not go in your room if you keep your door shut. I am not usually home very much and when I am it’s just usually to sleep. He is often times gone on weekends. Neighborhood is great, across from the casino and many great restaurants
