Debra's room

I live in Spanish Lakes mobile home community, on a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a 55+ (though you don’t have to be, I’m not) community. My home is a 1,300 sqft split plan with the spare room and bathroom in the front for easy in/out access. The room has a new king sized bed and bedding, new dresser, a nightstand, and a bay window. Laundry room is attahed on site. Electric, water, and cable (in spare room ALSO) included. No pets please.

I am a 49 year old female looking to preferably rent to another female. I am an introvert and quiet. I watch tv and read to occupy my time. My home is clean and I’m a minimalist. Simple.
