Chloe's room

I’m renting a 10x10 furnished room. Floors are vinyl and the room has been freshly painted. The area is very central, located in the southwest and right next to the freeway. There are pools and parks in the neighborhood which is also security patrolled. I have a single car garage with a driveaway, leaving room for two cars. There is also extra parking throughout the neighborhood. There’s also a small backyard with a couch to hang out on. Utility bills will be split equally between us and I have solar panels so the monthly energy bill will not fluctuate.

Karen is my other roommate. We are both fully vaccinated and looking for a roommate who is also fully vaccinated or at least open to getting vaccinated prior to moving in. We live with my two kittens, Opal and Onyx also. As of right now, I’m currently working from home due to COVID but I stay in my bedroom from 9-5pm (I’ll probably be going back to an office within the next 6 months). I have a pretty active social life so when I’m not working, I’m usually out with my friends but occasionally have people over for game nights, etc. Karen works nights and weekends.
