About the room
This is the 15x10 bedroom with a shared bath and walk in closet. Clean home in a safe neighborhood. I rent room by room. Every other week i have my two kids with me- they go to school all day and we have activities until about 5/6 pm everyday. They are respectful and kind. As stated in the info it’s a deposit of 1 months rent. Price includes utilities however any pets require $20 pet rent and a $150 non refundable pet deposit.
About the roomies
1st - Landlord (myself) work 9-3 with activities mostly every night. I do the cleaning and upkeep.
2nd renter- quiet and kind. works 2am - 10am.
