Great Townhouse with a patio. Lots of parking and convenient if you have guest 🙂

🚗 We are close to I-495 and also I-66. We are about 25mins from DC and
✈️ Dulles Airport is about 30mins and 25mins from Ronald Reagan Airport
About the roomies
We are all under 30 here. We are all busy during the week. We are all super friendly. The house is incredibly organized and we divide the chores among ourselves during the week to keep the place super clean. Whenever we are all home we socialize among each other from time to time and we are looking for someone that is not going to be anti-social with the people living here.
