Living room and dining room are furnished, and the kitchen is well-appointed (gas range/oven, kitchen aid, dishwasher, coffee grinder & maker, all the pots/pans/gadgets, etc). The room is bright & airy (windows on the north and east walls), includes a window-unit AC, as well as hardwood floors. The apartment has one shared bathroom that we like to keep immaculately clean. Utilities (water and trash) are included, while internet, gas, and electric average total is typically in the $40/mo range.

We’re ideally looking for a FEMALE OR MALE in their twenties to thirties that is easy-going, responsible, and cleans up after themselves. We don’t necessarily have to be best friends but would like someone who would grab a beer with us from time to time, likes to socialize, but also respects each other’s space and privacy. Advanced degree is a bonus. We’ve both lived with female roommates in the past and can provide character references if interested.

We are two male working professionals in our early 30’s who work both from home and office due to COVID. We like to cook, play board games, run, and play beach volleyball throughout the year. We have a fairly large network of friends in the South Bay that enjoy doing activities like surfing, hiking/camping, volleyball, beach games, dinner/game nights, or biking to places like the pier in Hermosa or Manhattan. Mike has been living in this apartment for nearly 3 years and absolutely loves it, I moved in 4 months ago and quickly became friends with him and a larger South Bay group by extension - they’re really welcoming. We’re both fully vaccinated.
