About the room
I’m renting 1 room in A 2 bed 1 bath duplex. With large backyard and driveway parking! $750 + utilities Room is unfurnished (rest of the house is furnished) Home has range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and plenty of storage space. Move in July 1st You can come take a look Mid-June!
YOU: I require proof of employment, I prefer someone who goes to work not someone who works from home. Relatively clean and tidy. Single Occupancy. Someone can spend the night only 2x a week. Please be courteous on work nights. This is a 6month lease and then we will go from there :)
US: I’m 420 friendly but never in the house.
About the roomies
ME: I have 1 puppy dog (mostly inside) and 2 cats (mostly outside but they come in too) I work full time in a hospital and do side work. I like to keep it clean & peaceful at home. I enjoy cooking
