Available 1 furnished large bedroom in basement to share in a 3000 square-foot beautiful Mukilteo house. The bedroom is over 400 sq. ft. in a renovated basement with all wool berber carpeting. It has two large windows at ground level looking into a huge garden. It has a custom-built oak queen bed, huge 82“ Samsung TV Screen (free Netflix but no cable), larger solid wood dresser, bookcase, comfy chair, lots of art, many wool flokati rugs and two kilims. There is a separate tiled bathroom with shower for private use. There is no separate outside entrance to the basement–entry is through the inside of the house and the basement is heated with an electric fireplace. Available for use is a desk computer with high speed fiber cable (wireless, 100/100) Internet access and a Wi-Fi printer. Access to all kitchen appliances and utensils including convection oven, range, toaster, microwave, fridge, new washer and dryer, and much more. Recent upgrades in the house include granite slab counter tops in kitchen and bathroom, marble floors in the laundry room, deck outside of the kitchen and a new roof. There is a large yard with a glass green house in the back of the house (green belt with privacy lots of trees). The house is located in a clean, safe and quiet community.

Close to Boeing, Edmonds College, Mountlake Terrace, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Edmonds and Everett. The house is within a walking distance to parks, restaurants, grocery store and shopping centers.

There are 3 of us currently, 1 young woman (20’s), one mature woman (late 50’s) and 1 man (70, owner), all professional and working. Easy going, veggie house with some food sharing.
