Great family neighborhood with lots of trails and close to everything. Our backyard also opens up to an awesome open space and trail.

Utilities, Wi-Fi and trash typically run- $75-$95 total

We are a couple, professionals in our late twenties. We both work from home but keep to ourselves upstairs. We are looking for a single, working professional or graduate student who is very clean and respectful, quiet after 10pm on weekdays for example, bills paid on time. No couples, no dogs or cats, no smoking of any kind indoors or near the house. The downstairs space is completely yours and we never go down there unless we need to poke into the guest room for storage. The kitchen upstairs is shared but just know that we are cooking in it everyday and it must be kept immaculately clean. Therefore if you can’t do this it is highly incentivized you set up a kitchenette downstairs with a fridge, toaster oven etc…Previous roommates have turned the tiled dining space into a great kitchenette area. All of our past roommates have been pretty quiet and keep to themselves as we do. Past roommates rarely cook. If you’re the kind of person who is clean, quiet and doesn’t cook that often that would honestly be perfect for us! A background check is required as well as a few references.
