Hi my name is Gabriel. I have a private room available in a very spacious house, the house has 5 bedrooms, a huge kitchen with 2 fridges, huge kitchen island, and a brand new dish washer. The bathroom is huge, with tons of space, it has a very large shower/bathtub. The bathroom is shared. The house has a backyard patio, 2 living rooms, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and tons of street parking. Ultilities are not included and will be split 7 ways. All of the roommates are very chill, very laid back and respectful, and clean. We are all in our mid 20s, and we all work full time. The landlord requires a background check, proof of income, and credit. Co-signers are accepted, and must be cat friendly.

The roommates are very chill, we’re all in our mid 20s. We’re very respectful and clean. All the roommates work full time, we’re 420 friendly but we keep it outside in the patio. We’re all drama free, never had any issues with anyone, we clean the common areas together, and keep good vibes.
