Looking for someone to rent together. I am a quiet, no hassles person, who likes my own space, but sometimes its nice to have a nice chat. Not a clean freak, but do like clean. I am a spur of the moment person, who will say, hey dont worry about getting dinner, i made a big pot of pasta or something like that. I do have some furniture and utensils

I am a young 62, dont smoke, but do enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. Dont have any pets, but love pets, as long as its not bigger than the apartment.
