Quiet 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 1 room for rent at $700/month which includes utilities, internet, shared access to living room with fireplace, kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, etc. Fellow military members have preference.
Property is walking distance (10 minutes) to buckroe beach. Driving times are 15 minutes to Hampton Coliseum, 7 minutes to Hampton University, and about 15-20 minutes to Langley AFB.
Must be able to verify employment. $20 application fee for the background check plus $300 refundable deposit (waived for military) moves you in pending background check results. Month-to month, 6 month, and 12 month leases available. Message for more details and application.

About the roomies
For now it’s just myself living here along with my well-behaved twins that come every other weekend.
