Rent is on month-to-month basis NO cats/dogs Room available is the Master bedroom w bathroom and small walk-in closet. There are still a few items in photos from previous roommate which will be gone of course. The unit has stone slate floors, a huge oversized balcony, large living spaces and the amazing location just 2 blocks from center of Ybor, 1 mile from Publix Supermarket, and 5 minutes from Downtown. Two sets of French doors lead onto the balcony. It’s just far enough from 7th Ave so noise isn’t bad on Friday/Sat nights.

You get both parking spaces.Most of the appliances are a little dated, but functional.

One downside is that train tracks run next door. A train will usually pass by once/night. It is loud, but I got used to it quickly. If you are very light sleeper and can’t get used to that, it might be an issue.

I’m 30 YO, work from home in healthcare, and go to University of Tampa part time. Sometimes go out on weekends, but otherwise I’m quiet and keep to myself. I am clean and respectful of others space.
