About the room
The room for rent is larger than average. It has a built in closet and plenty of room for a work area or whatever else you find to utilize the space. The house itself is almost 3000 square feet so there is plenty of extra space with only 3 people living there. It has a nice open kitchen, two living rooms, and a small back patio.
There are no pets or smoking allowed in the house.
Utilities are split 3 ways and they are almost always $90 a month or less per person.
