Willa Allende's room

This is a furnished room in a apartment. First floor, across from beautiful Ogden park. Near both the red and green lines and Kennedy King College. Around the corner from the police station.

I am a mature, active and down to earth person. I enjoy reading, writing poetry and being an Empath. I expect the person I rent to be drug free, mentally stable and have a stable job where they had been at a least a year or more. I expect references from their previous landlord as well. I expect them to be clean and drama free. No overnite guest will be allowed.
