This is a 2 bedroom apartment across from beautiful Ogden park and near the red and green line. It it also near Kennedy king college. And around the corner from the police station.

I am an active mature woman and loves reading writing poetry and Im also an empath. I expect anyone I rent to to have a steady income and not work for and agency job. I expect them to have a work record of at least a year. I would like them to provide where they have lived previously as well and reference. I expect them to be mentally stable and drama free. I also expect them to be clean.
