Jacob's room

The apartment is a 3 bed/3bath. Each room has an individual bathroom and the apartment comes fully furnished. Only bill not included in base price is electricity which is about $10-15 a month.

I am looking to get out of my lease. I have found a house, there is nothing wrong with the apartment and its in a more renovated apartment. First months rent has already been paid, so the transfer process will be very easy.
